🍁 Thanksgiving Series: How to Feast Without Meat!

Hey Reader,

Can you believe Thanksgiving is just around the corner? Wow!

If you're looking to cut back on meat this year, fear not - you can still keep your favorites on the table with a few simple swaps. Today, I want to share some easy tips to "veganize" classic Thanksgiving dishes, so you can feast without the meat.

Main dish: Vegetarians want mains too! You can roast a whole cauliflower for a festive, veggie-packed centerpiece. Or make a Wellington for a retro plant-based throwback!

Sides: Most sides are easy to make vegan. For instance, use coconut milk or cashew cream for creamy mashed potatoes; roast Brussels sprouts without bacon; make a fall salad, or use vegan cheese if guests are dairy-free!

Bread: Swap out butter-laden rolls for fluffy vegan dinner rolls. Can you believe these are made with just six ingredients? They are SO fluffy you won't be able to tell they're vegan.

Dessert: Many pie crusts and puff pastries (like Pepperidge Farm) are unintentionally vegan! Trader Joe's has excellent options too.
